FAQs

Is your service door to door?

No. We provide a depot to depot service only. Our depots are conveniently located at Kewdale WA, Wingfield SA, Altona VIC and Ingleburn NSW. Local tilt tray providers can assist with delivery and collection if required.

What areas are covered?

We specialise in the transport of vehicles from Perth to Adelaide, Melbourne and Sydney and also from Adelaide to Perth.

How much notice do you need?

We provide a quotation, usually the same day, and take bookings and payment up to the day of drop off.

Can we drop off on the weekend?

No. Our depot hours for drop off and collection are 9.00am-4.00pm Monday to Friday.

How long does it take?

Perth to Adelaide and Melbourne – 5 to 7 working days
Adelaide to Perth – 5 to 7 working days
Perth to Sydney – 7 to 10 working days

Will my vehicle travel enclosed?

Yes. Unlike most of our competitors, all vehicles we transport travel fully enclosed. This minimises the risk of stone chips or hail damage in transit and ensures a cleaner vehicle on collection.

Can I put items in my car?

Yes. We allow items in the vehicle up to the base of the windows.

Do you have a height restriction?

Yes, we accept vehicles up to 2.3m in height.

Is insurance included?

No. CTI Logistics Interstate are not common carriers. Insurance is not offered or included in the quotation.

What are your payment terms?

Pre-payment is required. We accept EFT transfer or credit card payment.
